Office of Secretary

The members of the Office of Secretary are the chief staff members, who advise and assist the school's administration. It includes a Director of Secretaries, administrative assistants, and, of course, secretaries. For the purpose of achieving the school's developmental goals, the members of the Secretarial Office are responsible for cooperating with the President in all school affairs, and at the same time, coordinating in the school's administration and teaching units. Job duties are as follows:
Arranging and holding strategic meeting, such as, school affair meetings, administrative meetings, school development meetings, high-level administrator meetings, etc.

Verify critical documents, data, and letters from school administration and teaching units.

Handle law suits and complaints ; process projects; be responsible for government interviews and assessment matters.

Public relations and accommodate visitors, contact the media, alumni activities, etc.
Make sure internal fulfill to use school's resource effectively.
