International and Cross-Strait Affairs

The Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs was originally founded in 2010 to coordinate official university business with Mainland China. In 2011, the Office merged the International Exchange and Cooperation Section separated from the Department of Research and Development. The Office aims to expedite the global and cross-straits academic exchange and two-way student outbound learning program. The University has signed up the protocol with various academic organizations in America, Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Germany and Mainland China. We hope to provide more opportunities for professors and students to research, learn, and exchange overseas. The Office also recruits International students, and offer advice to assist them studying and living in Taiwan!
